The National Child Mortality Database is delighted to announce that we have won a commendation in this year’s Richard Driscoll awards.
The Richard Driscoll Memorial Award 2022 is awarded each year by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership to recognise outstanding work in patient and carer engagement.
The NCMD was one of two projects honoured with a commendation this year, the other being the National Audit of Breast Cancer in Older Patients. The Epilepsy12 Audit was honoured with the Richard Driscoll award.
The NCMD is delighted to have been recognised for our collaboration with charities and our work with parents and families. As ever, we are grateful to them for making our work possible.
