This webinar is aimed at CDOP chairs, managers and administrators, designated doctors and other child death review professionals in addition to anyone involved in CDR who is asked to complete reporting and supplementary reporting forms, and will feature:
A presentation by NCMD Manager Vicky Sleap who will outline what information to include if you receive a request to complete reporting and supplementary reporting forms. This webinar will also explore what happens to the information that is provided, and there will be an opportunity to submit a question for a live Q&A session…

There will be a live Q&A session to address questions posed in advance of the webinar on the subject of reporting forms. If you would like to raise a question, please submit it by email to NCMD by 19 March. We will then select a number to be raised on the day.
How to attend
Child death review professionals and others involved in CDR need to be invited to join NCMD’s FREE webinars (you will need a valid NHS email address or similar identification). Invitations will be sent out by mid-February; if you haven’t received an invitation by then and would like to take part, please email NCMD.
