Webinar: Wednesday 20th May, 1030 – 1200
Online, with free registration in advance
Presented by Heard, this webinar will draw on narrative research and cognitive science to explore how professionals can use framing to improve people’s understanding and decision-making around children’s palliative care. We will share tips, tools and lived experience insights into how intentional communication can shift perceptions, reduce fear and misconceptions, and help overcome persistent barriers to access and engagement.
Heard is a narrative change charity working with people, organisations and media to change how people think, feel and act on social issues that are usually misunderstood.
The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.
This webinar is open to all with free registration in advance. Please note that the session will be recorded and shared by NCMD to support future learning.
