CDR professionals: Tell us what you need

**This feedback opportunity is now closed – thank you to everyone who took part**

We are keen to ensure that our work meets the needs of our child death review (CDR) colleagues. From conversations with colleagues working in CDR, we are aware of a number of gaps in resources, training and support for CDR professionals, but we need to gather evidence about what is needed to change this. Your views are essential to the planning of future support and resources for the CDR community. Please find below a link to enable you to give your feedback, which should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete:

CDR Resources Feedback Form (deadline 11 Oct 2020)

Please note:

  • Your responses will be anonymous (unless you choose to complete the optional contact details section).
  • All information provided will be stored and used for the purpose of planning of resources and services to meet the needs of CDR professionals only. It will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared except in an amalgamated, anonymised form with our funders, NHS England and HQIP.
  • If you have any issues accessing this online form, we can provide an email version (please contact us to request this).

This is your opportunity to tell us what you need in order to meet the requirements of the guidance and maintain a robust child death review service in your area; 10 minutes of your time now could help to secure effective training and resources, and reduce the burden on your time in future. Your views will be invaluable in future planning. THANK YOU!

Please share: We welcome multiple responses from the same CDOP, hospital trust or other organisation involved in CDR, so please share the above link with colleagues and other CDR professionals.
